Horowitz, Ph.D. A licensed psychologist, Dr. Horowitz, has been in private practice in Broward County, Florida, since 1982 Judith received her Baccalaurerate Degree, Masters Degree, and Doctoral Degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. She is licensed by the State of Florida. Dr. Horowitz is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and is a certified Sexual Therapist and Diplomate of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Judith is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists and Psychodiagnosticians (ABMPP). Judith is the lead author of the book Ethical Dilemmas is Fertility Counseling published by APA Books in 2010. Her book provides a template for resolving ethical dilemmas in fertility counseling. Judith has written a chapter in the book Reproductive Alternatives for Adolescents and Young Adults to be published by Springer in 2012.
